1. Elongation at break
The elongation at break of the surface material of the rubber decelerating ridge should not be less than 200%, and the elongation at break of the surface material of the rubber decelerating ridge used on highways and urban roads should not be less than 250%.
2. Tensile strength
The tensile strength of the surface material of the rubber deceleration ridge should not be less than 6.0MPa, and the tensile strength of the surface material of the rubber deceleration ridge used on highways and urban roads should not be less than 8.5MPa
3. Shore A hardness
The Shore A hardness of the cast steel deceleration belt ridge surface material should be in the range of 65-85.
4. Tear strength
The tearing strength of the surface material of the rubber deceleration ridge should not be less than 20kN/m.
5. Abrasion reduction
The abrasion reduction of the surface material of the cast steel deceleration belt ridge should not exceed 0.8cm3/1.61km.
6. Impact elasticity
The impact elasticity of the surface material of the rubber deceleration ridge should not be less than 20%.
